About Us

The Discover Bocas del Toro web portal is a project of the Bocas del Toro Sustainable Tourism Alliance (BSTA). 

After realizing that there was limited information online available, we created this site to help share some of the best attractions in Bocas with travelers like you. This site is a great resource for planning trips BEFORE arriving in Bocas del Toro, Panama. Our knowledgable sales staff will promptly reply to your email requests to help you book a vacation to remember.

If you want some assistance once you arrive, please visit our Tourist Information Center in Bocas Town, on Avenida E between Calle 1 and 2, and meet us in person! The Center is a hub for visitors and community members to congregate and learn about the latest initiatives the BSTA is undertaking to preserve the geographic character of Bocas del Toro, from Beach Clean Ups and a Farmers´ Market, to volunteer opportunities and environmental campaigns. The Information Center offers booking and promotion of BSTA member enterprises including hotels, restaurants, and tour operators, as well as educating visitors on the local culture, through the sale and display of indigenous crafts and a small reference library.
