Kayaking

Sea kayaks are available for rent for visitors interested in bobbing around the Caribbean.

They are a fun, pleasant and cheap alternative to the noisy motorboats that zip across around Bocas town and are a great way to explore the sheltered inland bays, and paddle between islands.

More adventurous travelers may enjoy riding the surf of the windward beaches, or between Isla Carenero and old Bank, Bastimentos.
