0.0/5 rating (0 votes)

Bastimentos jungle hike This self-guided tour begins with a trek from the town of Old Bank up to the top of the hill, through green forests inhabited by sloths and tiny red frogs.

Replenish your energy with a delicious lunch at the Thai restaurant followed by a cup of organic Panamanian coffee from Up In The Hill – a café serving organic coffee, juices and chocolate grown on the farm surrounding the property. Browse the handmade creams and oils, made on site with products from the farm, and other handicrafts for sale before making your way down through the thick jungle terrain to the turquoise waters of Wizard Beach. Bask in the sunshine and refresh yourself in the crashing waves before continuing along the coastal path towards the white sands of Red Frog Beach. Treat yourself to a cold beverage at the small beach side stand and enjoy yet another pristine beach paradise.

As the day comes to a close, follow the short forest trail to the dock, where your boat will be waiting to take you back to Isla Colón.
