Accessible by boat or a hike from Boca del Drago, Starfish beach on Isla Colón is a common stop on many boat tours. This picturesque strip of white sand backs onto lush green coconut palms, and disappears into a dense maze of mangroves at the end. Its calm, turquoise waters are filled with large orange starfish, and are great for swimming - though be careful not to get a foot full of starfish spines!
