Reached by an enjoyable half-hour hike through the jungle from Old Bank on Isla Bastimentos, this sweeping stretch of sand is often completely empty, save for a couple of surfers out to catch Wizard’s pounding waves. There is nothing here other than the beach and the forest, so bring plenty of water, food and sun screen. Wizard is notorious for its strong rip tides, and swimmers are advised to be extremely cautious.
