Coral Cay.

This hugely popular snorkeling site offers a selection of spectacular coral formations, reaching down to almost 20 meters. Coral Cay is a picturesque spot in a channel at the southern tip of Isla Bastimentos, where the clear, shallow waters offer snorkelers captivating views of the vivid coral and the starfish and worms that inhabit it.

This reef is included on many of the boat tours from Bocas town, and there are three delicious restaurants perched over the water – the food scraps encourage large schools of snapper and parrotfish to swirl around on the surface.
