Perched on a palm-tree covered beach over the green waters of the Caribbean, Bibi’s on the Beach Restaurant and Bar offers spectacular views of the archipelago, and some of the best seafood around. Sip a freshly made cocktail while you enjoy the ocean breeze and look out towards the islands of Bastimentos and Solarte, soaking up the laid-back atmosphere while our attentive staff prepare your delicious meal.

Our Menu

Bibi’s on the Beach serves a variety of local food. Try the fish or shellfish with ginger, garlic or creole sauce, typical soups, and classic patacones (flattened, fried plantain). Local conch shellfish is served here, along with refreshing ceviches. The pure fruit juices are both healthy and full of exotic flavor, while the freshly prepared desserts are a wicked treat - just try the passion fruit mousse!

Specials

Delicious, freshly-prepared cocktails are served during the daily Happy Hour from 4 - 7pm. Customers who spend a minimum of $10 in the restaurant can choose between a free drink during Happy Hour or a free hour on one of Bibi’s pedal boats or transparent kayaks.

Sustainability

We are motivated environmentally and economically to conserve and recycle.  Some concrete steps we take to be sustainable include:

  • We employ and train people native to the islands
  • We organize cleanings in the area with our workers, school children, and community members and promote the practice of recycling, among other sustainable activities
  • We recycleas much as possible
  • We have an organic herb garden
  • Our organic waste is composted and used to nourish this garden. Organic waste that can not be composted, such as fish bones, is returned to the sea
  • We cooperate with vendors that sell organic products
  • We use low-energy LED light bulbs, and do not use a water heater
